for the ones that have used the slydog rubber two mount there pilot ski did you cut anything on the ski or the rubber.

i just mounted up some pilot 6.9's with slydog mounts to my xtx and i am happy with the fit. I did not cut anything. i did try to use the stock yamaha rubbers but the slydogs are a better choice. i bought the mounting kit and machined down the bushing and spacers to fit the pilot ski. Others on this site have chosen to flip the bushings in the ski to allow for the nytro spindle and bushings. Its your choice, both get the job done.
