Mounting RX-1 Skis on 99 VMAX

My Wife's 99 VMAX darts really bad and I would like to put Woody's Duallys on but they don't make them for the Yam plastic skis that are on it. What do I have to do to mount a set of RX-1 skis onto a 99 VMAX?

I believe the RX-1 skiis will fit right on the 99 V-Max. The only concern is heigth of the mounting hole from the bottom. I know the 97's and a few newer phazers require the high mount, I belive the 99 had moved to the lower mount. I have a set of new RX-1 takeoff skiis complete, $165 shipped.
