You know what......I do have the stock airbox for now, because I started doing the Kachess rubbermaid box and it broke when I was drilling the carb holes in it! I got to lifting all the parts from one to the other and it's not worth the weight savings to do it. Can't be more than a pound or two. I just hate how big the stock airbox is and it would be nice to just reach straight down to the oil filter. Not sure. Might end up w/ ecp's and rejetting! I know I could figure out the jetting problem between the two. As far as the muffler goes....it's just a 18" with 1 3/4" openings. Kinda generic looking. Weighed 12lbs. complete! I figure a good 18-20lbs down from stock. Can't wait to try it!

Let us know how it goes and I'd just love to see some pictures.

Well, I just got back from riding all day and all I can say is ....I love my sled! It was totally awesome. No rejetting needed, ran like a raped ape. I do however need to do my float-bowl update(actually I will go with the longer jets from Thunder) though. Was droping down a really, really steep hill probably 200 yards down and it died on me as soon as I started down it. I really wanted to see if I needed to rejet with the new pipe before doing it though. No pics yet because I forgot my camera at home. Sorry!
