Hi guys!
I bought some yamaha ice scratchers and the adaptor kit to continue use the little boggey wheel along with ice scratchers.
Have any of you guys installed this?
If I mount it like it should be I find that the wheel will be further out then stock, I guess this doesnt matter?
Also I think that the construction seems weaker then the oem aluminum bracket that the wheel sits on.
Guess it wouldnt be much of problem to make a custom mount for the wheel and scratchers in a lathe.
Anyone have some picture of their scratchers?
Thanks
Joakim

Leave the wheels off, if you have scratchers you should be fine.

I have a set of TRIC Ice scratchers for sale. They mount on the sway bar link. Very nice.
Hmm I`d really like to keep the wheels, they are there for the exact same reason you add scratchers.
I cant use the TRIC scratchers cause I dont have a swaybar on the MTX.

The swedish (and probably norwegian) sleds are equipped with a rear external set of wheels. You can take these off and throw them at your Yamaha representative because they do not even touch the track...! I do not know what smartass that drilled the mounting holes for these...kimoajaj said:Hmm I`d really like to keep the wheels, they are there for the exact same reason you add scratchers.

X2 Alatalo! I have had my skid out several times. I have set it on smooth flat concrete with half worn hyfax and not one wheel touches. A big joke, what is the point.
