AWESOME!...keep us posted as you rack up the miles...is that foam where intercooler is?...anyway to use the stock peice there to make it look more stock?..just wondering.

You can epoxy the stock box to the hood etc but I felt the foam was good to keep initial glance as stock and also more air flow over the intercooler. I was riding in 4' of snow this weekend with no probs at all.

I used the stock airbox lid and used epoxy to adhere it and it looks fine. I cut vents in it along the ridges to allow for airflow.

If you haven't already done so make sure you add a bead of silicone to the top of your controller box to help seal out the water/snow. The box is not nearly as waterproof as I expected and you'll probably see a lot of snow dust in your mounting location.
