MPI SC Stage 1 Info

I just purchased a 04 RX-1 SC with low miles that I am going to long-track. The previous owner has it set up for ice racing, so I obviously will need to make some gearing/clutching changes with the longer track. But my question is, with a Stage 1 SC and no engine mods can I run pump fuel at high boost at elevation. He mentioned he doesn't have the installation manual but it is just a matter of reversing the pulleys? to create more boost? Anyone with real knowledge, or better yet a MPI manual???
