07 APEX MPI Stage 1 @ 7lbs.

I have been having problems with the half moon tabs on rubber head gasket popping out on the clutch side, which then spoo oil. I have now replaced with a new one and it still popped out.

Yes the sled was warmed up and was really not hammering on it when it happened. The vent tube is clear and not kinked. I also checked out the Compression checks out at 175 across all 4 so I don't have a problem with my rings.

Putting some strong sticky #*$&@ on to hopefully stop this from happening again.

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.[/b]

Do you have a head shim or low compression pistons in it ? 175# seems a bit low on compression.

Valve Cover popping

No head shim or low compression pistons. Hauck Performance seems to think 175 is good, especially if they all tested out at exactly 175.

you should peen out the half moon on the case itself then the gasket should stay in place.

Sorry, but what does "peen out" the 1/2 moon mean?

Take a punch/hammer and make a series of dimples into the aluminum so that the Yamabond has something to bite into.
