I would guess yes seeing the cable is only 25 mm's longer. How do I know this you wonder? I installed a 2 inch riser and ordered a mountain cable and the damn thing was only 25 mm's longer and still didn't work. Now I'm patiently waiting for an 05 mountain cable which I'm told is 3 inches longer.

I don't see why not. Search the board for topics on the cables as you have to be careful with the extra 2" from the bars and getting the throttle cable to not enage TORS. Keep in mind that those handle bars are high enough that it is difficult to read the speedometer. If you just want higher bars, try a 1" riser bar instead.
