My buddy (Shelby) and myself are doing some mods to our Nytro's. He is going 121-144 and I am going 121-136...Shelby contacted Muffinworks to order some parts and they don't have any 136 tunnel extensions in stock. Very disappointing. Where can I order the tunnel and rails besides Hartman
Tracks USA?

Can I ask why you don't want to use Hartman's? I put a 136" extension on my sled and am extremely happy with the quality of the parts. Tom was awesome to deal with too! Good luck with your project!

I have installed both brands, they both work well. The Tracks USA extension was a little more work. The main difference is that the tracks USA 136 extension is $65 less. I went with the muffin works rail extensions though, they were the only ones that had tip up 136 extensions. I was very impressed with the quality and the customer service.

Fair enough. Shipping anything over the border suckered. Cycleone, Hartman does offer tipped up rails for 136" extensions but he convinced me that the straight rails were the way to go, and so far I would say he was right. The sled turns well on trail and is way better off. Either way its fun to mod...

We have the 136" rail extensions for the FX Nytro as part of our product line in either straight or tipped designs. Unfortunately, we do not have a tunnel extension design specifically for the FX Nytro. The goofy profile of the FX Nytro tunnel makes it difficult to come up with a repeatable design. But I have personally seen the tunnel extensions from Tracks USA and Hartman. Both are nice pieces. The Tracks USA design is a bit more basic and has you re-using parts. Whereas the Hartman design is more stout and has nice welds to it. But the differences in design also reflect the difference in price. Good luck with your project!
