Is there an adjustment I do to help?
It seems like the skis aren't grabbing, especially at slow speeds. The carbides are in good shape.
I heard:
there could be some adjustments on the front shocks (lessen preloading)
adjust the front suspension on the track to put more weight on the skis
What I want to do is take out some of the "Tippiness" so as I think I understand I should tighten up the two front shock springs to stiffen them up?
The front shock in the rear suspension needs to be backed off, loosened, lengthened?
Can anyone explain to me which of these would affect the steering and how to adjust?
Thank you in advance.

If the snow is not set up it will not steer. You can try pulling up the limiter.

Would back off the spring pre-load on front shocks with sled raised up, back pre-load off until you can freely rotate the spring, then tighten one turn. See where your transfer is set on the skid, too much will affect how it steers, and as Mr. Sled says, pull limiter strap up one set of holes (assuming it's stock currently).
Try one change at a time to see what gives you the result you are looking for.

likely needs front limiters shortened on front skid shock and spring tension relaxed. that is what i had to do to get my 05 rx warrior to steer at low speeds on the advice of mrsled.

I've lived this problem, more than once with Yamaha, as have friends and relatives.
Yamaha sets the front shock in the rear suspension for a 500lb driver!
Raise the rear suspension off the ground.
Loosen the spring retaining nuts around the front shock of the rear suspension.
Back off these nuts until the spring is loose, almost rattling!
I've never adjusted a limiter strap, ever, in my 4000 miles a year, 30 years experience.
Tighten those nuts again, and you're good to go.
