Got my little spring project started this past weekend, going through my 97 from frame up, hope to be done in about a month, here's the list.

Powdercoat frame and swinger canary yellow w/ yellow race cut plastics and red tank cover.

Fatty Pipes
Trail Ported
Head Rechambered
Bore Carbs
Ported Reed Cages with TDR reeds
TORS Eliminator
K&N Filter with open airbox
Modded shift star
Barnnet clutch
Lightened Frame
All Balls bearings front to back
Aluminum tie rods
Razrs front and back
Sidewinder chain & sprockets
Lots of billet

That's what I got on the bench so far, will go to YFZ 450 shocks later and maybe some extended a-arms.

Looking for about 65 hp out of the motor, should be a fun ride, can't wait :-o

Tried to post a picture of the frame but I couldn't get it resized, can't figure out how to use this new computer, lol. My plan is to create a powerpoint presentation of the whole build as it comes together, should be pretty neat I think.

Master of Faster;

Sounds like a fun project. I had a 88 Banshee that had a ton of engine mods all done by Duncan Racing. Crank welded and trued, shift star mod, etc..

Frame powdercoated blue with crome a-arms from Lone Star Racing with Works Performance shocks.

Rear swingarm was also Lone Star Racing with their silver vein powdercoat.

If I could figure out how to post pics or even get the time to try I would but sounds like you are going to have one sweet Banshee when all done.

Oh btw got rid of it and now own a Raptor in place of it.

Here we go, got it figured out.

This is the frame right after I pulled it apart, not sandblasted or anything. It should be back from the powdercoater along with the swingarm and bearing carrier this coming week.

Engine builder is working on the porting and the head is at the CNC shop getting recut as we speak. Can't wait to put this thing together.

because my friend ran into a tree and crushed the front end on my timberwolf.lol

Here's the latest, just went and got the frame from the powdercoater.

Thanks for the compliment Mr. Sled, I've got the big Yamaha Banners and all kinds of sand tires hanging on the other side of the garage, pretty cool lookin, I'd take pictures if it wasn't so cluttered right now, lol.
