My new Attak "Tweaks"

So far, I found a few things that I want to or have modified.

1. Tail Light Loose - I fixed this by stuffing some thin foam around the tail light.

2. One of the headlights is dim - I have not fixed this yet. I am going to check the connection to the bulb.

3. I want to find a way to secure the panels to prevent them from Theft. I agree with what someone said on a previous post that the panels are easy theft targets. Most of us are honest, but its the few "bad eggs" that spoil the dozen!!

4. Hand Guards - I plan on installing the Yamaha Handguards on this. I am hearing that some handguards hit the windshield. Hopefully the Yamaha Handguards won't hit.

That's my list for now. I'm sure there will be more as I dig further into this thing!!

I can't wait to hit the snow with this thing!!!

If you are using the stock windshield on the Attak the Yamaha Handguards will hit the windshield. Any type of handguard is going to hit the windshield. It's not until the bars are turned pretty far so it's not going to be a big deal.

I got my sportech guards on my RTX. They just barely rub the windy at full turn. Not enough to do any kind of damage.

Good News, Good News! Bought the All Black low windscreen from Kevin @ port in Novi friday night.....And Guess what? My hand gaurds no longer hit the New windshield!... 8)
