i have red apex . looking to change the hood to black. where can i find one or buy one . how much r they. ty

You could:

a) Put up a post wanting to trade.

b) Check classifieds.

c) Check out the online parts catalog. Write the part# down and give your local Yamaha dealer a call.

d) Paint it.

You could also do custom hood & panels, painted any colour you like....Carbon fiber or fiber glass. See this thread.
