Need help...06 Apex has a miss at low rpm's

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody can help me out. I got a apex a few weeks ago and it has under 10,000k's on it. It has a Hauck exhaust and a power commander 3. Anyway got it off the trailer and it started then shut it off the added some fuel stabilizer, after that it wouldn't start so we took it in and it was flooded...so we changed the plugs and put in a new battery while it was all apart it also needed one new injector coil so we got one put er in and it still has a miss at lower rpm's. We thought it could be the Power commander but it did this with it in and set up and disconnected. We also swapped around the coils so I don't think it's that either. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I would suggest going to dianostic mode on your speedo and start testing your coils, injectors, etc and see if you have issues upstream of your coils. Do you have a service manual? I had a bad ecu result in only 2 coils firing. you could swap them around and the same 2 positions would not fire. I swapped in a new ecu and I was G2G.

Thanks for your advice fellas. Got it figured out..was the power commander messing up the new coil, took the commander off and put old coil back on. Good as new now
