I have found a part I'm not sure if it even belongs to my Attak but something is telling me it does. Last year we changed tracks on mine and my son's snowmobiles mine being a 07' Attak his being a 07' Phazer . We had drained the chaincase oil of course but also did oil changes along with the track swaps. Well we found this a collar I'm presuming that goes to one of these but we also did a Act drive rebuild for a buddy of mine and had another of my son's friends chaincase apart. So without having to tear into everyone of these I am asking if anyone here can identify this part and tell me where it goes if you can identify it. It was in the oil drain pan. I have looked at the service manual but it's not very clear as for showing what the parts actually look like. The part does kind of look like a collar that I have seen in the pictures of the reverse kit for Apex and Attaks but I don't know where it goes if it indeed is. We put about 800 miles on each of our sleds last winter with no problems other than my reverse levers came out of adjustment. Well here are the pics :

Look at no. 58, it goes behind the lower gear, thin side against the bearing.

:o| Thanks bro, I had a feeling it belonged to mine but from the manual I was looking at in the Sticky it just doesn't come out as clear as the pic you posted. Well looks like I get to tear it apart again , Thanks again.
