NEED HELP REMOVING SIMMONS HEADER

07 rtx apex simmons turbo 2000 miles , headers cracked up by bolts to turbo half way around n cracked at where bolts too motor ,

bolts r STUCK IN got 1 out n it was VERY CORRODIDE the rest CANT get out LOOKS LIKE IM GOING TO HAVE TO PULL THE MOTOR

is it a huge job to pull the motor ( im saying YES) , IT IT STRAIGHT FORWARD N WHAT ABOUT ALIGNING CLUTCHES SO FORTH LIKE THE 2 STROKE SLEDS ?????

OR ANY INPUT ON GETTING THE HEADER OFF ?

IM SOOOOOO MAD N DIGUSTED ABOUT THIS

Put some heat on it. That's the only other way

heat where , on the stud n if so wont that make tighter from the heat expanding ???

I used a box/open end combo wrench with another box end hooked on the open end of the wrench that is on the bolt from the top. A couple can be gotten with a 1/4 drive and swivel. It is a bitch but it can be done. As said if they don't come try heating and let it cool a couple cycles. The expanding and contracting may loosen the corrosion. Good luck.
