Need help to location a part.

I have looked on the Yamaha parts finder but can not seem to figure out if I got the right part or not. The part I am looking for is the plastic spacer that is used between the bulkhead and the front upper and lower a-arms. If you look at the Ski assembly there are items 41,65 (bushing solid) My thinking was this might be both the bushing that is pressed into the arm and the spacer but these are shown only for the lower arm and not the upper.

So any help would be appreciated.

Wouldn't the corresponding bushing for the upper arm be item 30?

The upper arms dont have bushings in them. Just the bulkhead does.

I might not have made myself clear. This is more like a white plastic washer than a bushing. There are 4 on each side 2 for the top and 2 of the bottom.
The go between the bulk head and the bushing/arms. If you look at your arms you see this white spacer.
This is the part that I can not seem to locate?
