Tonight I installed my OFT relocator on my 2010 nytro, however I'm having trouble with the last step on the instructions. It says to: Point skis straight forward. Loosen jamb nuts on steering relay rod. I can't figure out which nut is the "jamb nut" on the steering rod?
Does someone have a picture pointing to this nut? or a better idea on how to adjust it. If it is the one deep inside the subframe, how do I get to it to adjust it. I appreciate the advice.
Thanks

I used a crows foot socket and a 12" extension to loosen it with great success

Look at it logically, when you turn the steering post - do you see the rod that is connected to it at the bottom? With the new change in your steering mount, when the handle bars are level and straight, your ski's arent pointed straight ahead now.
The end is threaded into the rod (both ends) and the nut holds the rod from turning, adjusting the steering when you dont want it to. Back the nuts off, adjust the rod and then tighten the nuts back against the rod, to keep everything in place.
