I have an 09 Nytro RTX SE. I was thinking of selling the skid because I just purchased a ZX2. I was asked to find out what shocks were used. When I looked under the snowmobile, all I could see were installation labels on the shocks and no name or branding. Does anyone know what stock shocks were used in this model sled? I want to be able to tell the purchaser accurately what these are.

If they look like the ones below, and you have the "S.E" as stated then they are "Soqi" shocks. Soqi I believe are made by Yamaha or a Yamaha owned company. The S.E. differed from the standard RTX in that the rear shock was equipped with a Hi-low compression valve. Both shocks have compression and rebound clickers with external resse's, the rear being a piggyback, and the center being a standard hose connected resse. The S.E. also has Fox Float X front ski shocks which have piggyback resse's with compression clickers as well as rebound clickers.

The fronts are no problem. They are what you stated. The rear are not marked and I did not see any adjustments or resi. I am puzzled by this. Maybe I did not look hard enough. I just blew you pic up and looked at your resi. I did not see anything like that. I could not have missed that thing. I will look again.

I finally found time to check out my skid. I do have the resis and we are good to go. The sled has about 1,100 miles on it. There is also a picture of my crew getting ready for the white stuff.

Yup all S.E. shocks, fronts as you said, easy to tell. The rears are a bit more difficult but if you look at the second to last pic (332), you'll notice the gold anodized clicker or the rear shock. The gold part (hex) is one of the rebound speeds, the center, inner (screw) is the other speed. The non-S.E. shocks will not have the gold hex, I.e. single speed.
