need major help with 05 rage w/ bender turbo kit

i have a 2005 rs rage with a stage 2 rear mount turbo kit from bender racing and the turbo has bad seals in it and bender racing said they cant help me cause they cant get the seals and they dont work on them. he said that my only option is to send the turbo out west to some company to get rebuilt and thats 600 dollars now please someone on here have any other alternative and cheaper as well cause frankly its not worth that much to me and bender also said that i cannot buy the seals for the turbo cause garrett does not sell parts to anyone but authorized dealers please someone help me i just bought this sled and i know little to nothing about turbos my first ever 4 stroke and boosted sled
