Went out for a nice ride today and came back home for 10-15 min, went back out and she cranked and cranked. After 15 min went back out and she started went for another ride started and stoped afew times no problem. Went out tonight no go, so I put the battery on charge for 1/2 an hour went out and she fired up went for a short ride turned her off and on afew times then left her to idel and she wanted to stall out. I noticed the HID's had a brownish tint before they powered up and the last few days there was alot of fine powder, and my Yamacharger sucked some in maybe this has something to do with it? There are no codes and you can hear the fuel pump running :o|

Wet plugs

That's what I'm thinking. You by any chance using CR10EK plugs (run cooler)? This happens to those plugs from time to time when only run for short periods of time. But can also happen to 9 series plugs.

I went out today and still never started so I unpluged the pc3 and she started right up.

Are you turning on the key and then waiting for the fuel pump to charge? If so that MAY be the problem. Try turning on the key and starting straight away.
I have a PC III on my Harley and if you wait for the fuel pump to charge then it does not want to start. You have to turn the key on and go straight to starter without waiting.
The PCIII only gets power when you first turn the key on. If you wait too long it does not have power. You can check this by watching it when you turn the key on. It will light up on turning on the key and then the indicator light will go out in a couple of seconds which is how long you wait for the fuel pump to charge up.

Ya, I tryed that to but it did not help, after I unpluged the pc3 it works great. Hopefully that was the problem.

Have read quite a few posts with that same issue and repair.
What gives with these programmers??
