They look like the Venture mirror kit but don't seem to be mounted right. Kit goes for about $75 U.S. or about $150 Canadian.

Mirrors

Looks like you need to remove them ever time you want to remove the hood (shroud), not something I want to do.

Problems with mirrors on a Yamaha is that all objects behind you appear so small & far away! :jump:

These are the best I have seen yet but still cosmetic and hassel of need to unscrew mirrors before remove 'hood' is a draw back. IT is close but I will wait.

But I want you all to buy and install so I can see them on the trai and grow to like them more.l

Ya thats right. LOL

They probably work great , last year I had the mirors mounted on the side panels..... worthless, this year on the GT, I installed the MADDGUARD hand guards and the little convex mirrors mounted on them. Like the sport look and they should work well too.

I wonder what they bolt to.

Is there metal directly below the shroud and they bolt the shroud and metal piece together?

If they only attach to the shroud they definitely wouldn't be stiff enough.

anyone actually use these? seems like the vision would be good but are they very sturdy? Just ordered an Attak and have to figure out what to do about mirrors. I have the Venture ones on my Warrior and Rage and they work great. This looks like it would be comparable.

LOOK like crap/!! try maddguard with mirors/ takeheat gun bend mirors ahead /u can see all headlights far and near stuff good/ they do look good and WORK !
