I think the fox floats are too harsh on my Nytro. I've ridden with the pressure down to 45-50 psi which helped handling but the front end is too low for me and the ride is still harsh. I put them back up to 60psi which gives good height but completely destroys the handling and ride is still too harsh. (also the inside ski lift is terrible with that much ski pressure). Will the adjustable air reservoirs from someone like Hygear do away with excessive ski pressure and harsh ride?
Will I be better off buying the clicker front shocks that come on the standard FX nytro? Can the ski lift be tuned out of the standard FX nytro shocks? Are the standard FX nytro shocks softer than the fox floats?

I will spend the extra money getting the standard front shocks if they will offer better handling and ride over the floats with added reservoirs. I may get all the shocks revalved next year but I don't have time this year.

Please post your opinions and experience.

Thanks

The FX Nytro clickers are a great shock and in my opinion If I had to buy the sled over I would have bought the FX instead. I have the RTX and my dad has The FX and his front end is awsome compared to my Fox's. I actually am running the clickers on mine and really happy with them.

That's what I'm looking for, someone that's ridden both. With the floats inflated to a proper ride height, I sometimes get severe inside ski lift when cornering. Does this happen with the standard front shocks?

Anyone know how much the standard front shocks cost?

Thanks
