Looks good. Is that a GM O2 sensor you're using? I had one crap out on me earlier in the year, but the replacement has been working well. Ever try a heated sensor?
that sensor is made by Auto meter. I think it is heated.
Ahhh, I thought heated sensors usually have more than 1 wire going to them...
If it were a heated sensor, it would have 3-4 wires. But it is close enough to the turbo to work well without being heated.
Yes, I would think so. Mine (unheated) is about 30" from the motor and works well. Needs about 30 seconds to come up to temp. though.
My sensor does have three. the one in the picture is my partners sled. I guess he got a different sensor

JASON, can I be the 1st one in line for a ride ?
This is Jim from Oxford and I talked with ya at the snow show. I will be up there all day on Saturday and cruising around on my unstudded 03 black shorty. I would love to take it for a blast. Let me know, also you wont be able to miss me, I will probably have the loudest RX-1 there, just listen for the sound and flag me down if I don't see ya.
Yamanator: No problem come on over and take her for a blast!!!

Thanks Jason, I will be there for sure. I have 3 guys that are coming up and running and they are all on Yammi's, an 02 viper, 03 RX-1, and 01 700SXR. I just wish I had a pick track to run the RX-1.......
Maybe next year with your turbo. By the way how much are the kit's going for now ? and if somebody wanted you to do the install how much would you charge ?
Thanks Jason and I'll see ya up there.

I can talk to you about that "cost" tomarrow.

Jason - how many miles on your sled now, and how is your track holding up? My biggest concern with these turbo motors is they probably make more power than the track can realistically take. That said, I've got over 1000 miles on a new 1.25 Ripsaw, and there isn't a mark on it (no picks though).
