SOmeone tell me they have seen some testing anything on this. It looks to be cheaper than buying an 05 and hopefully better quality. The only complaint I rteally had on my 03 was the crappy suspension. Please post links to any reviews or anyones experience with this.

Looks similar/exactly like the suspensions that are in the 05/06 sleds don't know why people would think it to be unproven?Bender dosen't sell stuff without testing and have strong relation's with Yamaha.Nice post WP

Wow... Bender is going to sell a lot of these if they can make enough this Fall.
Bender builds pretty good equipment. Chances are this mono-shock clone with their specific valving will ride very well.

Is it even a clone? It looks suspiciously identical (except for the shock)... It it was an actual clone, they would probably have 5 black cars filled with expensive lawyers show up at their door. Sure those aren't ACTUAL monoskid parts from Yamaha?

I was thinking it is at least slightly possible that Y could have worked with Bender on this or at least gave Tim their blessings on it.
They may have wanted to have that out there and available, just chose not to market it themselves.

Yes but it does not come with the dial adjust which to me was the biggest benefit of the mono. If it is $1,000 plus you need your rails and wheels and no dial adjust what is so great? Plus the 05 rails and wheels were updated on the 06 mono I believe.

The dial adjuster would more than likely infringe on Yamahas patent.

Bender Reaction Mono kit, Shock
I talked to Mike at Bender today, he told me that the Penski shock in this kit has 16 external clicker adjustmants each for both comp. and rebound damping, they will have it at the Novi show, I'm to get mine in 3-4 weeks
I'll take that any day over Yamaha's RA cable
