New RS Venture Owner, Got a Question

For the sparkplugs, the failure is less frequent on a 4 stroke but sometimes happen. Because it will be impossible for you to find one elsewhere than a sled dealer, i strongly recommend you to have a spare set with you.
I would carry the plugs, you will never find them on a trail. I fouled all three at the dealer a week ago. I had the sled in for the clutch fix, They had it for awhile , when I went to start it it acted all louded up, had to change plugs to get it going, they said that they never seen that happen, luckly I had the extra three in the sled, well I guess I could have bought there for twice the price. You can get them at a auto store for about half.

thanks for all the replys guys. the lists are almost the same as what i carry with me on my atv when i go riding. common sense stuff, a few tools/parts (plugs and belt) and some just in case stuff. too bad the sled doesn't have a nice little storage box to put it in.
i'm looking at the cargo rack, the saddle bags, and tank bag on yami's web site. i think i might get those. i know a guy who can get them for cost for me. too bad he couldn't get me the sled itself! are there any other rear racks or boxes that fit this machine? i've looked all over the internet, but nobody seems to carry stuff that fits it...??

I had not find anything last year so i decide to install a GIVI case. I had need to make a custom braket that i link on the rear rack base. In this manner, i just need to use the normal rear rack locking lever to remove the case from the sled. I use a little padlock to lock it on the sled and the GIVI case are lockable so it is safe for all my things. It look pretty nice and don't mess up the look of the sled like the factory cargo rack (look like a grocery rack). After one year, i really like the set-up, work great.

I installed a handlebar bag.. This thing works great.. Holds most of my goodies. Has a handy-dandy map storage area. Easy on/off. I'll try to post a picture..MM. ;)!

I went a little 'luggage nuts' because I ride both 1 and 2 up for long periods and change the configuration to suit my needs.
Yammie sells a neat bag that fits in the space left when you take out the back seat. This is pleanty big for solo cruising. Also bought the rear rack bag for 2-up. Not quite enough space so it works well with a windsheild bag.

Not sure if I missed them in one of the replies but I also carry the following with me in addition to items already mentioned:
Tow strap, duct tape, handgun, compass (as well as gps) windmill brand windproof lighter.

i like the look of that box towing. fits real nice, and lockable too..
i'll be also carrying a small fuel container as well on long rides, so i'm gonna get that rear rack. thx again for all the help fellas!!!
