New to me 2007 Nytro

Bought a 2007 Nytro last week. It is in like new condition with 3180 miles. It hasn't had the cam chain tensioner update (has orange dot). I'll be checking with the local dealer on the update. Has anyone had one done lately and what was the cost? TIA

If you can't do it yourself, you're looking at $600-700 with parts & labor.
