Anyone have instructions on how to load the secondary 10 degrees tighter. also is there an easy way to get rid of the annoying reverse beep.

1) Open remove the cover and put the spring in the next hole tighter.
2) unplug it, but this is a bad idea in case you accidentally leave it in reverse as there is no speed limiter in reverse.

Well, we're talking about the secondary clutch, so how about the cover of the secondary clutch?

Ohhhh how bad wold that suck go to take off your weight pushes you onto the throttle even more and your back right into something at about 30 MPH LMAO I bet it has happened. I have a Polaris 4 wheeler and in reverse they have a rev limiter but even with that if you are standing and hit it in reverse it pushes all your weight onto the hand that is controlling the throttle

Whats the wideband jd?

Wideband is a from of O2 sensor that measures air/fuel ratio. Narrow band O2 sensors come standard on every automobile made in the past 15 years or so and are not nearly as accurate as a wideband.
When JD refers to the wideband at 13.6, he means the air/fuel ratio is 13.6:1 which is pretty lean (much more air than fuel) most engines are stoich (average) at about 12.6:1. So basically he added more fuel with the larger jets to bring the number down.
This is the one I run in my turbocharged race car, it's a very valuable tool for tuning.
