two years ago I jumped on my buddies rx1, and after that I couldnt wait to own one. 2 years later I finally bought one, Said good bye to my old 2 stroke cat (was a good fun sled never had a major issue with it) and Feel i got a great deal on an 07 apex ER. Super clean sled 2000 km on it. Sled was apart when i bought it which was what helped the deal. By the time i sold my old sled and got this one back together im $3500 cnd invested. Replaced all driveshaft and jackshaft bearings new chain case bearings all wheels in skid good, 194 studs i think but none pulled through, air box mod and pilot skis from yamaha. I couldnt pass up this deal. Cant wait too just ride and not think about 2 stroke oil again.

My 2004 RX warrior was my first introduction to a four-stroke sled(talk about going all in ).The torque throughout the RPM range will make you giddy.The sled is heavy but very solid(even at high speed).Side to side weight is perfect,great for side to side motions in deep snow.Hyper sled performance with excellent fuel ecomony(12MPG in deep snow,15MPG on groomed trail).Only thing that would make me go two-stroke again would be the weight issue but that hopefully will change for yamaha in 2014 model year.
