I think you'll be ok, but you might unplug the ECU module before you have the front cooler welded. At least make sure they ground directly to the cooler.

Anyone else have problems with the wahl bros being noisy or is this not common? The wahl's are almost half the price but I dont want to have to do this twice. I'm running an intense track, not boosted and I'm gonna stick with 9T

- something from 2019!
I don't have a problem with any noise from the drivers and track, but I do have a k&n intake and a free flowing exhaust to drown out any other noisestoyota4runner said:Anyone else have problems with the wahl bros being noisy or is this not common? Is a 9 tooth 2.52 pitch stock for all nytros? I have a 08' RTX and am thinking about a similar project.

Don't mean to hijack but why change pitch or teeth?

I think I might bite the bullit on the Avid's after all of this info. An extra 100 bucks for a few less headache's in the long run is nothing

I've got 4000 miles on whals with no problems and no noise. I did not trim them.
