My predator finally took a dump, tore out one of the outside lugs.
What I am looking for is the easiest way to change this or some directions. 03 shorty with reverse. I am mechanicaly inclined but i have never changed a track before. Im going to the garage now to remove the skid and will check back in a while.

I don't know if this helps but I'd cut that old track with a razor blade right off and get it out of the way. If its junk than that is a lot faster....when you go to put the skid back in make sure the transfer rod bolts at the bottom of the trans rods are loos this makes it easier to line it back up to the holes in the skid...

Your going to need to pull the chain case loose and slide it over on the jackshaft,to gain clearance to get drives out. Also remove three bolts on speedometer side.No nuts on the backside of chaincase to worry about. So its not too bad.Hardest thing is getting the nut off of the secondary shaft that holds top gear on.
