My current track is a Camoplast Predator (121"x1" with 144 studs in center) and I ride mainly groomed trails and some lakes. This track suits me fine but some of the outer lugs are breaking off and I think I should replace it before next year.
What tracks have the best balance of value and performance for a stock 2003 RX1?
Are the tracks with studs molded in any good?
Why do some tracks have every third window closed, is this an advantage?

I purchased a ice ripper xt for my 06 apex er and I love it. good ( not great ) traction but noticably better than unstudded .
