By most accounts it looks and sounds like a great sled.
The "ears" on the windshield remind me much more of a "Psychotic Mickey Mouse" than a "Viper". The old Vipers looked much more like a "Viper" from the front to me. Just a harmless observation.

Personally I like the windscreen and am considering putting on on my Cat.

I am sure the screen as in most other sleds windscreens, its all about personal preference.

Kind of makes me wish I would have ordered the LTX SE instead of the RTX.

I got the Red XTX myself, but i think I might buy the Med Height windshield myself. We get some cold mornings in Maine. Might not look as cool as sport shield, but like I say, if you look cool you are cool

I got the bleck LTX because I DIDN'T want the floats. Had them on an RX and didn't care for them.

I agree with you, I was very confused on which Viper to order. Final decision came because of 141x1.6 track

Agreed. It was a bugger deciding which one. It was between the ltx and a short track for me. No ltx at the demo so I went for the RTX since its what I rode and fell in live with. Wish I could have rode the 137"

The side panels in this review are painted and match the hood
Looks alot better than the panels at my local sneak peek that didn't match

I rode both the RTX and the ltx .....couldn't tell the difference in handling between them at all .......and though the bumps
There's only 4" difference in the rails so I can imagine the ltx will go over the bumps that much better , they both felt the same to me....
But then again my wife says 4 more inches would be nice....lol....
