You must be a club member to get a cash break. For the regular reg is 100 bucks, and can be done on line. Although if you buy a 25 dollar club(You pick which one) membership, you then get the state reg for 45 dollars. This all can be done online! I pick the club as to where you ride, that way it keeps the money close to home. good day!

Is that the same for non resident? I saw that for residents of NY state but didn't see any difference for those of us from away? Thanks Honk

I've registered by fax several times over the years. Have always faxed to the Herkimer Court house and gotten fast service and no problems. The club requirement complicates it but you just get a certificate from the club to include in what you fax. Last time I did it I joined a club (IL Snow Warriors) online that immediately registered your cetificate and that make it quick and easy.
I'll never walk in to a NYS DMV again - that was a nightmare.

Yeah no diff in price as far as I know between residents and non-residents. Need to get the MVA form and fill it out.
