Please pardon my next nob question
What do you guys store in what little room there is in the nose? Does it get too hot or do I have to worry about anything in there.
(not sure what is in the cone)
I am just getting my pack ready and I also bought a snobungee and tow strap today.

Yamaha sells a nice bag that fits right in there & straps in. I put a tow rope, jumper cables, & siphon hose in there.

I will check it out. What is the unit in there with the wires? I just opened it up in the dark and couldn't tell what it is.

Cant remember what its called but my dealer told me they recommend moving the ground wire to the bottom screw . If you have a newer sled its got something to do with your power steering and the bag don't fit well I hear. I just put jumpers and tow rope in mine .Paraclete said:I will check it out. That post is spot on. The "unit" in the nose is a voltage regulator. If un-plugged, you will drain your battery very quickly & the sled will die. I KNOW FROM EVPERIENCE! You tilt the unit & everything's alright. I don't know about the new sleds...Irv said:Paraclete said:Please pardon my next nob question
