Note on tank bags for RX/RS sleds

In the past people have complained about the tank bags scuffing up the finish on the painted tanks on the RX/RS sleds - to address this the latest production run on the bags has a new softer material on the inside against the painted tank. Another change is that the bags no longer rivet onto the side of the tunnel but use a large piece of velcro to hold them into place on the sides of the tunnel (the new apex tank bags use the velcro on the sides and also have the softer material on the tank area).
