Now HONDO is in pop-up Yammi ads

Hondo is on a new sled this year. Don't know what he paid for it, but hoping it was close to $0, at least for all of the publicity he throwing to Yammi.

He was telling my friend that Yamaha is giving him a new sled this year!

It was nice to meet you Doomsday_sled. I've been off the net for a couple of days traveling.

I'll keep up the reports. I'll still be riding the 2005 RS Venture for atleast another 4,000 miles, maybe more. I'm not finished with the old girl yet.

As for the 2009 Venture, I'll be doing the break-in, and then changing the oil and filter. I'll be running Yamalube 0W40 Full Synthetic and changing oil every 3,000 miles and documenting it's performance.

The oil filter after the break-in will stay in for 12,000 miles per the owners manual recommendation.

This performance test should be interesting for those who follow along. I'll certainly post more when I get started.

Bottom line, cost savings is significant using this product. It will cost those that ride 3,000 miles or less each year the price of 3 liters of oil to ride the entire season.

Certainly a very economical scenario.
