Nytro flotation plate question

I already have the Ultra skid plate installed on my XTX, and have been thinking about getting the flotation plate, and was wondering if I had to remove the Ultra plate in order to install it?? Has anybody ever tried this before?

It takes the place of your existing skid plate.

I also think you have to buy Yamaha's upgraded bumper to install the float plate as well.

I know I would have to get the other bumper also, but does anyone see any reason the flotation plate wouldn't fit over the Ultra plate? Or would that just be too much or just plain overkill? I like how stiff and thick the Ultra plate is, but with all the powder we have this year I just think the flotation plate will be nice.
