Stock NytroFX 120in trail riding.

Installed 14.5mm rollers an YPY as a 1st step.

What helix works well here?
47/43 ? or a straight 47?
Is the stock sec spring good with either of these or ?

Using oem helix or aftermarket? Dalton or ??

Thanks

PS Yes a clutch kit would work great....I've already replaced the rollers and primary so looking for what has worked well for others using that setup. 1st time Yammie for me after 25yrs on Polaris.

Thanks

Turk use to recommend a straight 47*. You pick up a used Yamaha one for $25-30. Turk had a good set up using all oem stuff but I can't seem to find it....God I miss that cranky old bugger lol...he was a great guy and knew his Yammi clutches. Maybe if Mr Sled reads this we can pin Turks old clutch posts as they were very helpful.

I have a 2014 short track nytro and I also have installed the ypy with 14.5 rollers and was wondering what the stock helix angle is?

I run turk's setup. Straight 47 degree helix wrapped to 80 degrees. With the 14.5's in the primary. Great setup

Do you also run the stock spring or the YPY??? Just wondering how the launch is between the two???

i run green pink green. I needed a few more r's so went up a bit. the stock spring will work but you may find you need to fine tune.

Anyone know off hand what the stock helix angle is?
