Who has made the switch? Good choice or not? Cannot decide if I want to go from my 06 Apex to a Nytro either XTX or a leftover 08 RTX. Need help deciding. Mostly a trail rider but love to give it some when its safe.

If you can afford it, go with the Nytro. I like the chassis so much better than the Apex. For trail riding though, you can't really get better than the Apex with the Monoshock Suspension. It is so smooth. The nytro will be no where near as smooth, but will be able to take a much bigger beating.

I had an 06 Apex RTX and now have an SE. I do most of my riding on the Hill. I would consider myself a very aggressive rider. I can say hands down that the Nytro is by far the best sled for my type of riding. If you like to stand up and hit the trails hard I would tell you to go for the Nytro. If you are a sit down rider that likes some great top speed stay with the apex. I honestly got away from the Apex because I wanted a corner to corner sled that could handle the nasties. The Apex was too big and bulky for my style of riding. It is really the type of riding that you like to do that would determine the sled you keep or get. If you are in Vermont or Maine that have great trail systems I would stay with the Apex. tough decision anyway you look at it!!!!!
