Nytro top speed

161 kms, GPS 156kms stock with a 250 lb 6 foot 4 aerodynamic me on it. Put a 1.75 back country on it and on a crappy trail got 142 kms rpm at 8200. time for some clutching.

Hit 103 on the speedo, about 1000-1200ft...then delaminated my belt....clutching needs adjusting aswell as I was only pulling 86-8700 rpm.

I hit 165km/h (103mph) this weekend and it still had lots more it felt like (09 xtx).

Just hit 108 mph on the speedo (dream meter) about 30min ago on plowed road.
8800 rpm.

I had my XTX hit 114 on the speedo on a plowed road. Full excell exhaust, K&N filters with PCIII and Ulmer clutching, 114 Fastrac studs, 1.450 in length, @9100RPM.

Don't care about top end, 0-100mph acceleration this is still my favorite sled of all time.

Point made, Point taken..... :moon:

so got some time out on the lake, (rangely, maine)

the apex flat out runs top end.

the nytro was second every time with a top speed on my speedo of 110mph

next was the 800 etec, followed by the 800 rush

we ran probably 5-6 times with the same results and a couple times we ran almost a mile because i caught a good run and it took a while for the apex to pass me . i was happy with the nytro for the minimal mods done to it, its still a stock sled.

all these runs we all got smoked by one of our srx's my brother-in-law was on. the srx is still the king of the lake
