We've had a lot interest in our tunnel block off panels for the Nytro and are thinking about mass producing them rather than hand making each one.

Our cover features a raised embossment that will fit over the top of the lip on the Nytro tunnel, so there are no modifications required to the tunnel itself.

We would be able to produce them for use with either an under tunnel exhaust system ( completely closed ) or with an opening in the panel for use with the OEM Nytro exhaust.

We know that the panels reduce the snow build up in the tunnel with both the under tunnel exhaust and OEM set up. With an under tunnel, it also gives you an area for storage under the seat, as well as the ability to mount fuel tanks on the tunnel with XTX and MTX models.

Just looking for everyone's feedback before we decide to pull the trigger on the tooling costs for the stamping dies.

Price would be $99.95 + shipping.

only reason for no interest is my exhaust comes with one. but price souds great and all ur products are top notch, im sure there will be some interest for them.

I would be interested. With the block off plate installed, is it a bigger pain in the butt to get the exhaust out when the lovely little donuts need to be changed?

Need an enclosure for the back for storage and to complete the look.

Yours looks alot nicer than mine and like said before your products are top notch.

I would have got yours but they were not available at the time.

I'll vouch for the fact that the OFT fits great and does a great job of greatly reducing snow/ice build up. I cut a hole in mine for the exhaust to pass thru. (Stock header Yosh can)

You know, I'm gonna wait until you have one that's larger, heavier, pre-dented and with mis-aligned holes. Razor sharp edges and too few rivets to mount it properly would be nice as well.

Got anything like that in the works?

Sorry Steve, don't think we can help you out with that.

I might be able to pound one out of an old corrugated and galvanized outhouse roof if you's like!!!

That'd be SWEET! ;):D
