what's the differance between ZX2 and the expert x
I have an o7 rtx bottoms bad,so bad i bent the tunnel.
i'm claiming it on the insurance, probably totaled.
I'm going to buy it back and i want to put a new skid and 128 track on it.
think thats a good idea?

I've heard the Expert X is the way to go for lighter weight and performance. The ZX-2 is a tad heaver but is very tough and durable. Either would be nice.
But I like my Mono and currently have no plans for any skid swap out. I've always said that a properly set up Mono, with the appropratelt shock that is properly valved, will ride with either of those other skids. Mine does in everything but the roughest of trails. But who the he!! likes to ride those bomber out trails anyways? I avoid them. I like speed, not moguls.

I dont really care if the sled rides rough, I just want to be able to handle
any bump i take it over with out bottoming out and keeping control.
for me it seems the faster i go through the bumps, the better i ride them.

Get the zx2 it is made of polimur,or plastic, and is wicked durable, there is a few guys on here that have a ton of miles on them, and once revalved to there specs, work awsome, and have plenty of ski lift,if wanted,i think there is one guy with 17,000 miles on one and has only installed two sets of slides, and wheels once, check out mod skid section.zigoapex1 said:I dont really care if the sled rides rough, I just want to be able to handle
