After my second season and rolling Over 5000km on my Apex
I am waiting for my local Yamaha dealer to get access to 2011 Apex 144 inch 6 dgree tip rails. I plain to extend my 121 Apex to a 144. I like the yamaha tunnel extenison the best, I will be useing the stock suppension but need the rear skid welds repaired and the parts powdered coated. While the skid is out I hope to have the rear mono re/valved. Also a 13mm stabilzer bar is on my list. I drove an Attak with a 2 inch riser, It was a great hight but he could not use the crome coller around the base, I will be ordering a stock riser for the Yami Mountain chassis. I have a squeak in the stearing about half way down that needs repair. I ran pilot skis this winter with carbs on the in and out side, These skis corner the fat Apex well but darted most of the time. I will be installing The new Daul slim Jim runners down the middle and will leave the 4 inch singles down the out side. I hope this combo gives the best of both words. My sled has a 22 top tooth and tops out at 180km acoss the lake. I have read 23 top will give a better top end. I hope this is ture if I git 144 track. This spring oil change will also see some better plugs Any ideas would be great,

What kind of riser? I have the Rox 2in. and still have the chrome ring installed. It's a little tight but still works. Riser is great when you want to stand.
