I'm considering parting the broken skid in my Apex GT and going for a 144" from another manufacturer. Any idea what the electronic Ohlins shock would be worth? I have someone interested in it...the thing is ridiculously expensive through parts, $1700, and I've never seen one sell by itself.

My opinion is that something like a shock absorber that is used is probably only worth about 25% of new value. Perhaps one of the shops that rebuilds them might have a better idea of the value.
I was thinking in the $300 range or so. It's not new but I don't want to give it away either.

If it is in working condition and looks good, $300 seems like a fair price to me.

the price you are asking is cheap they are going for a lot higher i had to buy a use shop and paid $500.oo for it
I sold my 121 skid out of my 08 Apex GT for $1200 - complete skid that had 0 miles on it and the electronic Ohlins shock.
