Just picked up a Nytro a month ago out of Minneapolis and now looking at all the goodies to purchase. Have been on the 2-stroke side for years and still will visit that side ocasionally. Can't wait for Haydays. Hopefully find some stuff.

Hahaha. Ya i've gone every year since 97' and have spent abit of cash over the years there!!

#1 is to strengthen the subframe...because it will bend (if it hasn't already). Then check the front suspension bushings if they're loose and replace with Nylatron or Oilite ones.

Other options like new skis, Trailtank, Yamaheater, larger idler wheels (to reduce slider wear) and tunnel heat exchanger should soon follow. All are well documented on this site.

Thanks Grimm. I have been reading up on all of the above you mentioned actually!LOL. Doing my research on the upgrades. Picked up the nytro for $6600 and it has 600 miles on it. Looks pretty much showroom condition!

Is that an 08 RTX?

Did they have the square tunnel like the 08's?

Yes they did. Only the SE in 09 went tapered like the newer models
