Optimum A/F Ratio at cruising speeds

So I tlaked to Dave and he told me to check the fuel pressure. Sure enought it was kinda high. Adjusted it to where it should be and the problem is all but gone. However it is now very lean at WOT and at idle. As soon as you turn the pressure up a little to fatten it up at idle the original problem comes right back. ???
You have the lastest map in yours also do you not?? I'm still one mapping back so I'm still wondering what the change is. I'm thinking it says so below on the rapid bike thread, I'd better go back and read.

I am not sure which map I have to be honest. The last map on this site is dated the 19th which is after the time I rec'd my box. I am not sure what the differences are.

sounds sort of like the problem im having, i had boost leaks and fixed them, when my sled runs really strong and rocket like my a/f reads 10.8 at WOT but when this stutter comes into play at anywhere below 50mph give or take, it reads anywhere from 11.1-11.8 at wot

and idle always starts at about 14ish and works its way up to 15-16 ish

And I just got back from McBride and couldn't get my fuel dialed in. My A/F was sometimes running 10 and under at 3/4 throttle and near WOT.

Could running this rich be washing the oil from my cylinder walls?

LOL, I'm gonna go on a limb and say that is real rich! It's not not the motor any good I'm sure washin the cylinders down like that. Whats your fuel pressure at?

I'll have to find a place to check this. I can't seem to get my Pure Logic dialed in right either. It's either pulling too much fuel or running pig rich.
