Doing some testing in my driveway (300 ft above c-level). Took the belt off and was running it to tune a bit....the other day on the mountain I felt like it was too rich but didn't have the a/f gauge hooked up. Today, when I am gunning it to get the rpm's up it is reading as low as the 9's. I know 11.5 is about target and I know I am 2 jet sizes too fat but would it cause that much of a difference? At what a/f ratio could I expect it to bog?

You need to load your engine to build boost, and without boost there is not much air going into the engine. It may affect your readings. Do you still have snow, you are better off testing and tuning it in the conditions you usually ride in.

mine would bog in the 11's , unhooked line between barameter sensor and cooler and it leaned it out and the bog was gone. air fuel in the 12's

My SCRX-1 mtn runs strong from high 10s through low 11's. First trip I was seeing 9s and it would load up on top but ran fine down low. Jetted down and cleaned it up. You didn't ask for it but, I'll put it in here anyhow. My sled wouldn't start to lean pop until 17s were showing on the A/F guage. A t first my sled was lean low (17s and up), rich up high. Now I'm slightly on the lean side at idle (14s) due to the sensor being too close to the outlet according to MPI and running mid 10s-11's at WFO with a cruising A/F of low-mid 13s.

I have blown the intercooler off twice at high speeds and both times the A/f droped like a rock to low 9s and the sled wouldn't rev higher than 6000 RPM.

Well, I dropped jets to 127.5's and it worked better but today was so warm (58' and sunny) that it was still getting in to the 9's. I dropped the needles all the way and it was better and got rid of the top end bog but was still in the low 10's. So I guess I answered my own question which would be anything under the low 10's and it will bog from running too rich. I still want to bring it up so I am going to drop a few more jet sizes.

PS, sure is fun....took a climb that was really steep and got totally vertical for the last 10' feet or so and my buddy snapped a shot of me "popping" over the top.....the drop to the left is a couple of hundred foot climb and I hit it with way more speed than I ever did before:)

Cool pics

The hotter the air the richer the mixture, even with a turbo.

What are your WFO readings? They should be upper 10s' to lower/mid 11s'. If your rich problem is down low; screw your air screws for the pilot s in to get rid of it. You might need to drop a size on the pilots (since these control the low throttle circuit) if you're allready screwed in alot on the air screws.
