What bothers me is these sleds are so lean stock, kinda scares me to get a pipe and after a bit needs tune to really be right,i do a lot of WFO riding, here in Maine we have some very big and lone trails for this type of riding, just need some real world feed back. Thanks

I would be nervous doing the WFO open thing without a tune on that muffler. I do not know for sure on the OSP Muffler just guessing.
The TD one that looks VERY similar, needs some more fuel according to TD.. Some may say "they are just trying to sell you something" . Hell of a chance to take with WFO runs and maybe a bad batch of fuel??

Beast, I was hoping you would get one & do the testing for ME! I'm also waiting on some results & tests. EVO & TD recommend tunes with theirs & I think HURRICANE also. Didn't see a tune for OSP yet, but they're all not done testing either...

I have the osp muffler and I can tell you the quality of the fabrication is really nice. Very very nice piece, but like lots of other people I am waiting to see how the ecu or flash tunes turn out......

if you go to ANY aftermarket muffler...a tune is equally possibly important...nobody knows anything for sure now other than the sleds are already borderline lean...
the dealers who have the right software have the ability to adjust the injector and could possibly help the situation...

Keep in mind mufflers with the least amount of bends flow best. Even at 2.5 inch a single 90 deg bend flows very well. We also have the lightest muffler on the market so far at only 6.2lbs.I was all set to go TD Turboforce. Then I saw the new 3" Sandale.. Wow. just wow. Looks bad #*$&@
Not counting the the fact the 2.5 inch pipe will have a much more bearable sound output.
If you want super loud and maximum flow our TD 3inch racing muffler will have maximum flow, a single bend and even lighter than the TD turbo force. That one comes out tomorrow.
Our black friday sale is already started 10% off mufflers and programs.
Tdblackfriday is the coupon code

TD is right....the size of the exhaust or the look isn't more important than the number of bends...compound bends rob horsepower.....straight out and down makes the best power...look at the number of bends...

Pretty much same boat...could it be okay to run without a tune..it could..but I'm not risking it yet...I do have a solution for the mod type guys I think..

Actually, it's really an atv muffler lmao
There's no muffler setup that flows more than the OSP
