I was wondering if anyone on here has run a paragon secondary from Duane watt on a fx nytro and if it made a difference. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The standard Yamaha paragon secondary will not fit onto a FX Nytro. The FX Nytro has it's own unique secondary shaft which will require a new "hub" to be made for the Paragon.
